Blue Marble Jack cheese was developed by master cheesemakers Tom Torkelson and Ken Heiman of Nasonville Dairy of Nasonville, near Marshfield, Wisconsin.
Properties
It is a blue-veined semi-soft cheese made from cows' milk curdled with animal rennet.
Uses
The cheese can be used in sandwiches, with crackers, crumbled in salads, or melted in cookery.
