Blue was born on January 18, 1994 in Gwangju, South Korea). She is a South Korean model, rapper, singer and the leader of the Korean music group Pungdeng-E.

Career
Blue was posting photos of herself on her Cyworld account at age of 18 when she was picked by Japanese netizens as an ulzzang. In December 2013 she joined future Pungdeng-E members on stage of Didim Hall in Seoul, South Korea to showcase their dance skills and to perform songs "Altang" (알탕) and "Jaltang" (잘탕), which were released as singles. They officially debuted in February 2014 with release of their first mini-album titled "Cotton Candy" (솜사탕), and performance on MBC's Show Champion. She is, with the other members of Pungdeng-E, models for cosmetics brand Seed & Tree and was featured on their launch in Vietnam.
