Blazerush is a top-down vehicular combat video game, developed by the Russian studio Targem Games. The game was released on PlayStation 3 and PC Steam via in October 2014. November 19, 2014 saw the release of the first update 1.0.1. for PC users.

Gameplay
BlazeRush is an arcade racing game where players compete with each other on various thematic tracks. The main goal of the race is to cross the finish line first. During the race, players can pick up various weapons with different characteristics. Weapons can be used both for attack and defense. You can also find a number of boosters, such as nitro, rocket and pulse variations on the road. Unlike most traditional races, BlazeRush puts emphasis on split-screen local multiplayer, allowing 4 players at once, as well as the possibility to drop into the game at any time.
Story
The game has three planets suitable for life, and thus for the crazy races. As the game progresses, these planets undergo global changes, serving as a backdrop to our magnificent competition.
An industrial giant and a hub for all business in the sector. The birthplace of the Annual Interplanetary Grand Prix. The planet is basically a giant scrapyard. Its source is the giant metropolis, encircling the planet at the equator. Extensive mining work has also been conducted. The whole planet is dotted with drilling rigs and huge industrial quarries.
A planet of evergreen forests with giant trees, as well as ancient buildings of a long-vanished civilization. Interesting fact: all the ancient buildings are race-ready tracks which certainly benefits the organizers of the Interplanetary Grand Prix, as well as illegal racers. Giant corporation also got its hands on the green haven, since wood, oil and coal found on the planet are valuable resources for a vast range of industries, including hydrocarbon fuel. And if resources can be found somewhere, the ubiquitous industrial corporation is always close by.
This is a constantly bubbling organic cauldron, very aggressive and dangerous for humans. Organizers of the Interplanetary Grand Prix got drawn in by the colorful and unusual landscapes and built lots of race tracks. This wasn't their brightest idea. In a short span of time the active biomass of the planet almost completely covered all structures and reduced the opportunity to conduct competitions almost to zero. The danger of flying off the track and disappearing in a morass, extending in all directions, was very high. Drivers begrudgingly agreed to take part in races on this planet but demanded exorbitant participation fees. Over time, the show completely decayed and tracks remained in full possession of the crazy illegal drivers.
Game modes
At this point, the game has three game modes — Survival, King of the Hill and Race.
In this mode, the pilot with the least numbers of ‘death’ wins. You are also pursued by an angry boss, so those falling behind risk being overwhelmed.
In the mode ‘King of the Hill’ the pilot to lead for most of the race wins.
A three-lap sprint. The winner is the first person to cross the finish line. Given the level of insanity in the game, the results of each race are often spontaneous and unpredictable.
