Blas Minor Jr. (born March 20, 1966), is a retired Major League Baseball pitcher who played from 1992 to 1997. He would play for the Houston Astros, New York Mets, Seattle Mariners, and Pittsburgh Pirates.

Minor is now a battalion chief with the Chandler, Arizona Fire, Health and Medical Department, and volunteers as a pitching coach at Hamilton High School.

Minor's nephews, Jake and Daulton Jefferies, are baseball players. Jake played in Minor League Baseball for the Miami Marlins' organization and Daulton is a pitcher for the California Golden Bears.
