Black Ecco Group is a Mexican conglomerate with participation in the sectors of Technologies of the Information and Foods & Drinks.

History

The conglomerate with offices in United States and Mexico was founded in 2010 by Rene Quintero and James Kramer Ugarte, which, after finishing his studies in the ITAM and with 24 years of age, decided to adventure in the entrepreneur world founding a company devoted to the commercialisation via internet of technological articles.

In 2012, they entered the area of foods and drinks, and due to the fact that the family of René was from Jalisco, they decided to found Las Ahogadas de Jalisco.

In 2013, the conglomerate that for this year already had 4 restaurants and 3 commercial marks in the industry of Technology, decides to make his first acquisition and buys Initiativas Gastronomicas Mexican Food SAPI de CV, company owner of the restaurants La Chinampa and La Sonorita.

During the 2014 the company decides to open his first offices out of the Federal District, in the state of Tabasco. Said offices wanted to give coverage to all the zone of the southeast regarding technological requests. Simultaneously the food business grows and finalises the year with 8 branches. Derived of the conviction of the partners founders that Mexico is missing entrepreneurs, they decide to purchase in 2014 the Fundación México Diferete AC (FUMED) to which they give it a twist and outline it like an association that looks for to promote the idea of entrepreneurs and the consultancy to SMEs to promote the national economy.

In 2015 the company enters the international level opening offices in the state of Nevada. Likewise, in the first months of the 2015, they acquire Movil Evolution SA of CV, which is a creative digital company and that expands the offer of technological products offered by Black Ecco Group.

Black Ecco IT is one of the sectors of Black Ecco Group, which focuses in Technologies of the Information, being its subsidiaries: Black Ecco LLC, BSIT, Computianguis, Rentec, and Movil Evolution.

Black Ecco LLC is a company established in the United States, specifically in the state of Nevada, that focuses on the buying and selling of computers. Inside the group it is the company that focuses on carrying out the import and export of the products that commercialises the group in Mexico.

Computianguis

Computianguis S.A. de C.V. is a company in the commercialisation and lease of computers. The company has virtual shops for the sale of its products. Its main customers are private companies and dependencies of the federal, state and municipal government.

Joint Venture

As a way to expand the technological offer that the company offers, in 2015 they decided to participate with a 50% of the share percentage in the companies Rentec Leasing SAPI de C.V. and Movil Evolution SA de C.V. The other 50% of the shares being owned by Mauricio Martínez Vargas.

Rentec

Rentec Leasing SAPI de C.V. is a company focused in the lease of computers by a term of 24 months. The solutions that it offers are used in the industry of production of events, expos and fairs.

Movil Evolution

Movil Evolution is a Mexican company focused in technological innovation, in addition to the implementation inside the area of advertising and communication.

As a way to expand its participation in the industry of Foods and Drinks, in 2014 they decided to acquire 50% of the shares of the companies Iniciativas Gastronómicas Mexican Food SAPI de CV and the 50% of Distribuidora Prime Sonora SAPI de CV. It's important to mention that the other 50% is owned by Diego Castillo Rangel.
