Binibining Pilipinas 2003 (Miss Philippines 2003) was the 40th edition of the Binibining Pilipinas Charities, Inc. (BPCI) which took place on March 15, 2003 at the Araneta Coliseum, with a delayed broadcast by GMA Network.

A total of 27 Candidates competed with Carla Gay Balingit proclaimed as Bb. Pilipinas-Universe 2003, and crowned by 2002 titleholder Karen Loren Agustin. Maria Rafaela Yunon as Bb. Pilipinas World and was crowned by Bb. Pilipinas-World 2002 Katherine Anne Manalo as the Philippine representative to Miss World, while Jhezarie Javier was crowned Bb. Pilipinas-International 2003 by previous year's winner, Kristine Alzar.
