23 candidates competed with Karen Loren Agustin proclaimed as the Bb. Pilipinas-Universe, and crowned by the 2001 titleholder, Zorayda Ruth Andam. Katherine Ann Manalo was chosen as Bb. Pilipinas World and was crowned by Bb. Pilipinas-World 2001 Gilrhea Quinzon as the Philippine representative to Miss World, while Kristine Alzar was crowned Bb. Pilipinas-International 2002 by previous year's winner, Maricarl Tolosa.
