Binibining Pilipinas 2001 (Miss Philippines 2001) was the 38th edition of the Binibining Pilipinas Charities, Inc. (BPCI) which took place on March 10, 2001 at the Araneta Coliseum, with a delayed broadcast by GMA Network.

A total of 26 Candidates competed with Zorayda Ruth Andam proclaimed as the Bb. Pilipinas-Universe, and crowned by 2000 titleholder Nina Ricci Alagao. Gilrhea Quinzon as Bb. Pilipinas World and was crowned by Bb. Pilipinas-World 2000 Katherine de Guzman as the Philippine representative to Miss World, while Maricarl Tolosa was crowned Bb. Pilipinas-International 2001 by previous year's winner, Joanna Maria Peñaloza.
