The Biltmore Tower is a high-rise apartment tower located in Manhattan, New York City, near Times Square, close to Central Park and is surrounded by subway stations to easily get around the city. The tower was constructed by The Jack Parker Corporation and opened in March 2003. The Tower has 53 floors and 464 apartments, a garage, a residents' lounge and fitness area and fifth floor sundeck. The lobby's appearance often leads non-residents to mistake the Tower for a high-end hotel. The Brooks Atkinson Theater, the W Times Square, and The Morgan Stanley Building are nearby.
