William "Bill" Pattinson is a professional rugby league footballer of the 1960s, 1970s, and 1980s playing at representative level for England, and Cumberland/Cumbria, and at club level for Workington Town (twice), Warrington, Swinton, and Bradford Northern, as a Second-row or Loose forward/Lock, i.e. number 11 or 12, or 13, during the era of contested scrums.
