Benowo-Wrzosy [bɛˈnɔvɔ ˈvʐɔsɨ] is a settlement in the administrative district of Gmina Ryjewo, within Kwidzyn County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) north of Ryjewo, 17 km (11 mi) north of Kwidzyn, and 58 km (36 mi) south of the regional capital Gdańsk.
