Belli Lalitha was a Telugu folk singer and founder of Telangana Kala Samithi. She was killed on 26 May 1999 in Bhongir in Nalgonda district.

Life

The head of Belli Lalitha, an Indian folk singer, on top of a cloth, has black hair, with hands closed together in V6 News.

She was born in Bhongir, Nalgonda district in a Yadava family. She was active in the civil liberties movement and an activist for statehood for Telangana region in the late 1990s.
