Beledweyne Airport or Duqow Ahmed Fiidow (ICAO: HCMN) is an airport serving Beledweyne (also spelled Belet Uen or Beletweyn, Somali: Beletweeyne), the capital city of the Hiran region in Somalia.

Facilities

  • The airport resides at an elevation of 559 feet (170 m) above mean sea level. It has one runway designated 04/22 with a crushed rock and packed sand surface measuring 2,000 by 20 metres (6,562 ft × 66 ft).
  • As of February 2015, the Djibouti Defense Forces have refurbished the airstrip. The Beledweyne municipality also launched a project to further develop the airport in May of the year.
