Bahali is a village and union council (an administrative subdivision) of the Mansehra District in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. Bahali is part of Mansehra Tehsil and is located at the boundary area of the Mansehra district and the Abbottabad district, west from the Karakurram highway at Qalanderabad. It is a valley surrounded by mountains.

The most prominent in the history of Hazara from Behali union council is Khan of Ogra, who was a landlord of 22 villages. Khan Wali Muhammad Khan, Khan of Ogra participated in 1920's Khilafat movement and one of most popular name during Khilafat movement. He was also Known for his struggle for land reforms although he was a landlord. Family of Khan Of Ogra is one of popular family in the history of Mansehra and Hazara.
