Beef or Chicken is the first studio album by Teriyaki Boyz. It was released on BAPE Sounds/Def Jam on November 16, 2006. The album includes the group's first single, "Heartbreaker", and was produced by a variety of renowned hip hop producers, including Mark Ronson, The Neptunes, Just Blaze, and DJ Premier.
