Bedok Point is located within the Bedok Town Centre, Bedok Point is a redevelopment of both the former Bedok and Changi Theaters, and is near Bedok MRT station. The mall is 4-storey high with 2 basements. It is the first air-conditioned mall in Bedok. It has a total gross floor area (GFA) of 133,596 sq ft (12,411.5 m2) and a net lettable area (NLA) of 80,985 sq ft (7,523.8 m2). Frasers Centrepoint Trust (FCT) plans to acquire Bedok Point from Frasers Centrepoint Limited, a wholly owned property unit of Fraser and Neave (F&N), for S$127 million in Aug 2011.
