Season 1: Fierce Rivals

Beautiful Strangers is about the interconnected lives of Joyce (Lovi Poe) and Kristine (Heart Evangelista). Joyce is a woman motivated by her big dreams. She applies at the Castillo Realty, one of the biggest real estate companies in the Philippines, to establish her name in Interior Designing so that she may start a family with Noel (Rocco Nacino) and provide for her family.

But all her dreams are shattered into pieces when Ronaldo Castillo (Christopher de Leon) attempted to rape her and accidentally pushes her down the stairs. All along, Ronaldo thinks that he killed Joyce after he let Rigor (Kier Legaspi) burn her. Fortunately, Joyce is able to survive everything but she suffers from selective amnesia. She crosses paths with Kristine and will be called Lea.

After Lea saves Kristine from being stabbed by a man Kristine operated Lea and when she sees her face she remembered the things that Ronaldo did to her but she did not know who the man is. In the other hand Noel becomes Kristine's girlfriend but she did not know Noel is Joyce's ex-boyfriend and Lea's true name is Joyce

When Lawrence (Benjamin Alves) and Joyce crosses paths they will be friends but still have a relationship with Noel. When Kristine know about Noel's relationship with Joyce they broke up but come back again after Noel saves Kristine getting hit by a car.

When Joyce and Noel broke up Joyce is now with Lawrence but they are developing a love for one another. In one night Joyce gets arrested but Lawrence isn't there so she can't save Joyce from being arrested by Kristine and Ronaldo.

Joyce escapes by proving her innocence and Kristine get really angry so she almost hit Joyce by a wrench. But Alejandra (Dina Bonnevie) is the one that hits Joyce then Kristine is blamed for the incident. In jail, Kristine is being bullied by Georgia (Rigor's sister). While she is in jail Noel steals the evidence to let Kristine escape from jail.

Alejandra fakes fired Rigor but one night Rigor is seen by Joyce so she called for helped and when he called Ma'am then Alejandra said she doesn't have a criminal men. Rigor plans revenge on Alejandra but killed by the men of Alejandra in the orders of Salve (Alejandra's mom) (Divina Valencia) when he is about to reveal Alejandra's secret and make Alejandra the fake hero of Joyce.

In the time Rigor gave Kristine the evidence and when Kristine watched the video the trouble get more intense. When she is about to tell Joyce about the evidence but Joyce didn't believe her but she gets confused in that night in her home. Then the team up starts.

Season 2: Truth, Team Up and Revenge

When Ronaldo seen their team up he keeps their secret also and never told Alejandra. Then when Lawrence saw the picture that Hannah took he is now doubting about his wife. Especially now he is believing a false truth that Noel and Joyce is in a relationship.

In the day that Alejandra knows that Joyce and Kristine are pretending to be enemies she tells her new men to follow them. Then Georgia is back and she is now an ally and she is the key to the evidence. Alejandra's men kidnapped Noel and used him to get the evidence against her.

In the meantime, Noel escaped and Alejandra lied to Kristine to get the evidence but suddenly Noel came behind them and told them he escaped from Alejandra's men. But when they try to escape, Noel shoot the car Alejandra was riding on then it hit a rock. For Kristine's goodness she got tricked by Alejandra but one of her men helped her and it forced Noel to let go of the gun that he is pointing at Alejandra. When Gani came into the picture she was accidentally shot by one of Alejandra's men. When the police came they go into Gani's car then escape and Alejandra hopes that Gani would die just to get revenge on the girls.

On the same night, Alejandra thinks Lawrence betrayed her because the police went on their house with Ronaldo to find her. They went in their hiding place where no one can find them. Gani is in the hospital but after a short time, he recovered from the injury. Noel calls the police to pay for what he did but Joyce said the police should do their job well because they can get Noel easily while they will have a hard time chasing Alejandra. In the time Alejandra's video is exposed, she is now dismissed to run in congress and everyone knows that Kristine didn't commit the crime.

Salve and Alejandra asked Hannah to make fake travel documents after blackmailing her. Hannah cooperated with Ronaldo to arrest the two women. Salve was arrested after a hot pursuit operation but Alejandra escaped. After Alejandra knew what happened to her mother, she blamed Kristine and Joyce and plans revenge on them. In Ronaldo's party he tells everyone that he raped Joyce and ready to be in jail. After the party, Alejandra attempted to burn Joyce and Kristine in a house near the party venue but in the end, Alejandra and Ronaldo were the ones burned inside the house.

Beautiful Strangers premiered on August 10, 2015 at 8:30PM as part of GMA Telebabad's August inTENse plug. On November 16, 2015, Beautiful Strangers is moved to the 9:15PM timeslot after the conclusion of My Faithful Husband to give way to the premiere of a light family drama Little Nanay starring Kris Bernal and Ms. Nora Aunor.
