Beacon Audiobooks was founded in 2007 by the Spectra Music Group.
In October 2007, Beacon Audiobooks released 500 audio titles books to the retail market through online digital platforms and is the audiobook division of Beacon Publishing Group or otherwise known as Beacon Publishing.
Awards
In December 2014, Beacon Audiobooks production of Full Metal Jacket Diary was nominated for a Grammy Award. In 2013 the company won two Audie Awards.
