The Battle of Wayamba is the annual cricket match (Big Match) played between Royal College, Wayamba and Sir John Kotalawala College. It is usually played at Welagedara Stadium in Kurunegala.

Eight matches have been played up to 2012. Wayamba Royal registered the first ever win in 2011. Wayamba Royal vice captain Tarindra Ekanayake captured a five wicket haul to register this historic win.
