Barry Philbin is an English professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1970s, playing at representative level for England, and at club level for Swinton and Warrington, as a loose forward/lock, i.e. number 13, during the era of contested scrums. He subsequently broke his leg, which he puts down to playing in jersey number unlucky 13.
