Barry Dean (born c. 1967) is a prolific country and pop music songwriter based out of Nashville, Tennessee. Currently, Dean has written two No. 1 singles with “Pontoon” (Little Big Town), and “Day Drinking” (Little Big Town), a Top 40 hit with “Girls Chase Boys” (Ingrid Michaelson) and a long list of other songwriting successes to his name.
