Demographics
As of 2011 India census, Bakaliya had a population of 2,923. Males constitute 1,484 of the population and females 1,439. A large part of population about 60% are JATS, which includes Gotras Gora, Ghotia, Saharan and Tholia; apart from that others castes like Mertiya Rajpoots,Brahmins, Swami etc. also reside in this village.
