Board of Directors of Baniyas Sports and Cultural Club is the administrative Supreme Council in the organizational structure of the club, including the Football Company and Sports Company in addition to Baniyas Investment Company. The Board of Directors of the club is headed by Major General Ahmed Nasser Al Raisi, H.E. Mubarak Awad bin Mehairoom as a vice chairman. and the membership of: H.E. Saeed Suhail Al Ameri, H.E.
