The Central Business District of Bangalore, is the area with a radius of 10 kilometers from Vidhan Soudha. This is the main commercial area of Bangalore. It has many high rises, with UB Tower as the highest at 123 m (404 ft). The Collection in UB City is India's first Luxury Shopping Mall. The Land prices are sky high, Brigade Road is Asia's third most expensive street, Mahatma Gandhi Road, Bangalore is 13th most expensive in Asia.
