Phra padaeng bang nam phueng

Bang Nam Phueng Floating Market was built in 2004 in Thailand. It was a venture by the local Tambon administration, aimed at resolving an oversupply of agricultural products. A unique characteristic is that sellers are people in the community, with limits on the vendors and products sold there. The market is surrounded by a residential neighborhood and is located along a canal. Despite the market, boat traffic remained normal. Products include commercial crops such as fruits and sweets, fresh noodles, processed food, sea shells, dried shrimp, pickled shrimp products, dessert dishes, grain cakes, and fruit. The most popular fruit is mango.
