BandR Samizdat Express

B and R Samizdat Express was established in 1974 by Richard Seltzer and his late wife, Barbara. It concentrated on self-published books, including Richard's "The Lizard of Oz." In 1993 the company expanded to sell public-domain electronic texts on PC diskettes, primarily for the blind, and later, book collections on CD-ROM and DVD. Also made available were a free electronic newsletter, Internet-on-a-Disk, which discussed Internet trends and pointed to Internet resources for business and education.
