The Ballerina Stakes is an American Grade I Thoroughbred horse race contested each year during the last week of August at Saratoga Race Course. It is open to fillies and mares, ages three and up. It is raced at a distance of seven furlongs on the dirt for a purse of $500,000.

Part of the Breeders' Cup Challenge series, the winner of the Ballerina Stakes automatically qualifies for the Breeders' Cup Filly & Mare Sprint.

The race is named for Howell E. Jackson's filly, Ballerina, who won the 1954 inaugural running of the Maskette Stakes.
