Balitanghali (Noontime News) is a portmanteau of the Filipino words balita (news) and tanghalì (noon)—it is the name of a noontime newscast of GMA News TV in the Philippines. Balitanghali is produced by GMA Network's News and Public Affairs division. Concomitantly the newscast heard on Super Radyo DZBB 594 every weekend. It is anchored by Connie Sison and Raffy Tima during weekdays and Mariz Umali and Jun Veneracion during weekends. It has also aired internationally via GMA Life TV.

Background
The newscast was first aired on GMA's secondary network, QTV on November 11, 2005 during the network's initial broadcast, which airs on Monday-Saturday basis. On February 7, 2010, the newscast now also airs on Sunday result of the weekend edition format.
Balitanghali was also simulcasted on radio through GMA Network's flagship station DZBB. In May 2008, the simulcast was only limited to weekends to give way for the radio station's noontime newscast, Super Balita sa Tanghali Nationwide.
After Q ceased airing on February 20, 2011, the newscast was carried over on its replacement network, GMA News TV on February 28, 2011. The newscast had moved out of their initial studio at GMA Network Center and had introduced a new studio set at GMA Network Studio 2, title card, graphics, and OBB. On April 25, 2011, Grace Lee was named as the new host for the Star Bites segment for weekdays.
On May 23, 2011, Balitanghali extended its weekday edition airing to 90 minutes starting at 11:30AM–1:00PM.
On November 10, 2014, As part of GMA News' shakeup, Connie Sison replaced Pia Arcangel. Arcangel replaced Vicky Morales on Saksi. Along with 24 Oras and Saksi, the graphics was updated in flat, also their title cards, and the OBB.
