Balarampur is a village development committee in Kapilvastu District in the Lumbini Zone of southern Nepal. At the time of the 1991 Nepal census it had a population of 1055 people living in 869 individual households. Among all of the people Mr. Siddhi Binayak Tiwari (Kuldeep) is the best boy of this VDC.Some people feeling proud due to kuldeep.
