  • Post Graduate Diploma in Management in Marketing (PGDM Marketing)
  • Post Graduate Diploma in Management Finance (PGDM Finance)
  • Admissions

The academic curriculum is rigorous and admission process is highly selective. The Admission Process for BIIB is same as for its other three sister institutes. It accepts CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT scores. Group Discussion and a Personal Interview also follows. The admission process is held across all parts of the country including almost all state capitals of India.

    Faculty

The institute has full-time faculty in the core management disciplines and the functional areas of management. The institute also has a panel of eminent management experts and senior practicing managers from diverse fields of management. The course curriculum is well structured, innovative and has been designed to meet the evolving demands of the industry. Highly qualified and dedicated faculties, a well networked computer centre with more than 200 PCs and a splendid library and resource centre - all these provide students with a unique learning experience.

    Teaching Methodology

The entire 2-year PGDM programme of BIIB is based on industry requirements and practices, which were integrated further, based on inputs from alumni and industry experts. The Academic session starts with the Orientation programme of more than 60 days where 30 Corporate Leaders address the students besides their regular foundation programme.

Faculty of BIIB believes that students today are much more knowledgeable about the course and can do a lot on their own. So the role of the faculty has to be redefined in terms of ‘leading’ a discussion rather than just ‘telling’. It should also be about leading students into creative work to come up with something more original, leading students to the library and field research, making students capable of sharing with the rest of the class and defending points of view in the classroom. As a result, in addition to case studies, newer methods like simulations are now the part of the curriculum.

    Student Life

Besides the regular curriculum, students are involved in co-curricular activities like inter business school competitions, research projects conducted by the institute and are constantly interacting with the industry, thus strengthening their practical orientation and developing themselves into future business managers. The students of this institute are placed in all the sectors of management. While an overview of International Business is taught to all the specializations in this institute, in depth exposure is given to those who are specializing International Business as core specialization.

    Admission Process

The Admission Process for BIIB is same as for its other three sister institutes. It accepts CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT scores. Group Discussion and a Personal Interview also follows. The admission process is held across all parts of the country including almost all state capitals of India.
