Peacock-Farrell joined the Middlesbrough youth academy before being released in 2013. He joined Leeds United as a scholar shortly after and signed his first professional contract with the Yorkshire side in the summer of 2015.

First Team

Peacock-Farrell joined the first team in the 2015–16 campaign on a mid-season trip to Wycombe Wanderers in a friendly match during the November international break, replaced goalkeeper Marco Silvestri in the 87th-minute in a 2–0 win. Following an injury to Ross Turnbull and the release of reserve goalkeeper Charlie Horton, who had returned to the United States for personal reasons, Peacock-Farrell was promoted to the first-team squad for a league game away to Queens Park Rangers. He remained with the first team for the rest of the season as manager Steve Evans opted to show faith in the young academy graduate rather than sign a more experienced back-up.

Following Silvestri's dismissal in an away game against Rotherham United in April 2016, Peacock-Farrell was handed his first team debut in the return fixture against QPR on 6 April 2016 in a 1–1 draw, putting in an accomplished performance only for Leeds defender Giuseppe Bellusci to give away an injury time penalty which was converted by QPR player Tjaronn Chery.

On 26 April 2016, with Peacock-Farrell highly rated by Leeds head coach Steve Evans, he was offered a two-year contract extension, with Evans feeling he was pushing regular goalkeeper Silvestri for the number 1 shirt.
