Background
He came into movie industry as child artist. Director Balachandra Menon introduced Baiju in Maniyanpilla Adhava Maniyanpilla which was released in 1982 in his age of 10. He is handling character roles and comedy roles now.
Personal life
B. Santhosh Kumar with the stage name Baiju hails from Thiruvananthapuram district. He married Ranjitha in 1995. The couple has a daughter, Aishwarya and a son, Lokanath. Currently he resides in Thiruvananthapuram with family.
Controversy
A case was registered against actor in 2005 for assaulting and threatening to kill a businessman and also for keeping pistol legally, during the electioneering, though he had license to carry, which is a non-bailable offense. The pistol was confiscated and deposited at the State Police Armory.
