History

This Village has a great history of Shekhawat rajputs. Bagholi has 08 panas, having a separate haveli of each. Brahmin and Baniya also have their individual haveli. Most of Baniya of this village shifted in Kolkata. They have their business in bada bazar Kolkata. The biggest one Haveli belongs to Thakur Sahab Phool Singh Ji Sahab, members of this Haveli well known in this Paintalisa. Thakur sahab was keep running construction work of this haveli till he Alive. This haveli spread around 22 Bigha center in this village. One of the famous IAS officer Thakur Sahab Guman Singh ji was a great man. He also belongs to this family. The first two officers in Forest Department also come from this Haveli, Sh. Ishwar Singh Ji (RANGER) and Sh. Shambhu Singh Ji (RANGER). In this village Thakur Durg singh ji ruled about 25 years as Sarpanch of Gram Panchayat after him Thakur Sahab Bhagwan Singh Ji ruled for 5 years. Both of them have done a lot for this Village. This Village has a first Grid station of electricity in this area. This village is also providing regular water supply to nearby villages and Khetri (copper mines).

This village has a population near about 5 to 6 thousand. The main castes living are Rajputs (Shekhawats), Mali and Gurjars and Muslims.
