Bagga are Punjabi people found in Punjab (India) and Punjab (Pakistan). Baggas are normally found among Sikhs, Muslims and Hindus.
Baggas belong to the Brahmin, Khatri, Jatt and Rajput communities of the northern Punjab region. Most of the Baggas residing in India migrated from towns and villages around Lahore, Pakistan, Sialkot,Pakistan and Gujranwala, Pakistan post Partition of India. There is also a significant population of Bagga Punjabis in North America.
