Baby Phat is a women's clothing and urban fashion line co-founded by Kimora Lee Simmons and her husband Russell in 1998. Simmons left her position as Creative Director of the company in August 2010. By 2011, the owner of the BabyPhat brand, BP Clothing, had transferred the brand and clothing line to Phat Fashions which soon after became a subsidiary of the Kellwood Company.
