Babar Nawaz Khan (Urdu: بابر نواز خان) is a Pakistani politician who is currently a member of the National Assembly of Pakistan, belonging to the Pakistan Muslim League (N).

Political career
Khan was elected as a member of National Assembly on a ticket of Pakistan Muslim League (N) from NA-19 (Haripur) in a by-elections held in August 2015 following Pakistani general election, 2013. The seat was fell vacant after Raja Aamer Zaman was unseated due to rigging in the constituency.
He served as chairman of National Assembly's Standing Committee on Human Rights.
In 2017, he was found involved in human trafficking.
