The B4319 road is a road in Pembrokeshire in far southwest Wales. It leads southwest out of the town of Pembroke from the A4139 road at 51°40′23″N 4°54′43″W, and passes through the villages of St Petrox, Merrion and Castlemartin before passing Freshwater West along the coast and then joining the B4320 road at 51°40′4″N 5°3′41″W which leads to Angle.
