B2W Software (formerly known as Bid2Win Software) is a privately held company based in Portsmouth, New Hampshire that develops, manufactures, sells, and supports estimating and bidding, field tracking and analysis, equipment maintenance and repair and resource planning and dispatching software for the construction industry.

Founded in 1993 under the name Niche Software, the company was the first to build an estimating and bidding program using Microsoft .NET and SQL Server, and the first in its field to become a Microsoft certified partner. They rebranded themselves once more in January 2013, going from BID2WIN Software to B2W Software. They did this in order to more accurately represent their growth and scope of products. B2W consolidates BID2WIN and BUILD2WIN into one entity.

The company sells two products, B2W Estimate and the B2W Suite, which includes three modules - Track (field tracking & analysis), released in January 2008 under the title Filed, Dispatch (resource planning & dispatching), released in June 2011 under the title Logistics and Maintain, (equipment maintenance & repair management),which was released in early 2013 under the title Maintenance. In May 2011, B2W Software released new versions of their estimating and bidding and field tracking solutions, BID2WIN 2011 and BUILD2WIN Field Version 2.3, which feature updates based on user feedback gathered via BID2WIN Software’s 24/365 technical support hotline, client surveys and annual User Conference.
