Błażejowice [bwaʐɛjɔˈvit͡sɛ] (German: Blaseowitz) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Cisek, within Kędzierzyn-Koźle County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) south of Cisek, 17 km (11 mi) south of Kędzierzyn-Koźle, and 56 km (35 mi) south of the regional capital Opole.
