Aziz Fatimah Medical and Dental College Faisalabad (Urdu: عزيز فاطمہ طبی اور دندان سازی کالج) or AFMDC, is a medical institution in Punjab, Pakistan. It is located on west canal road at old Ghafoor Bashir Children Hospital Building Faisalabad. The College give admission to 100 MBBS students each year while affiliation for BDS is in progress. It is a joint project of Sitara Group of Industries and Al Habib Group of Colleges. AFMDC is affiliated with UHS Lahore and is recognized by PMDC. The college is also listed in International Medical Education Directory(IMED)and World Health Organization (WHO)directory of medical Schools. The college is attached to Aziz Fatimah Hospital Faisalabad.

Facilities
The college has its own separate hostel for boys and girls with in the campus where electricity is provided 24 x 7. The college also has its own Library which can accommodate 100 students at a time. The cafeteria and college mosque are also present within the campus to facilitate students. Girls and Boys common rooms are present in the college for the ease of students. An air conditioned visitors room is present in the college campus for visitors. The College has its own parking for students and teachers.

AFMDC is attached to 300 Bed Aziz Fatimah Hospital which is recognized for House job by PMDC since 1999. The Hospital covers an area of 44 kanals. Every type of advance care is provided to patients in almost all fields of Health. AFH is equipped with new technology like CT scan, MRI, Biocare labs, X rays, ECG, C arm,. AFH expansion plane to 500 Bed Hospital is also in progress
Co-curricular activities
First Annual sports gala was organized in 2014 at Civic Center. Mahfil e Millad is also organized annually. No other activities are organized.
