AzSamand is an automobile factory belonging to Evsen Group Company located in Şamaxı, Azerbaijan.

History
The project opened in October 2005, with the support of the Government of Azerbaijan. AzSamand works with Iran Khodro and will produce cars with diesel engines. According to the agreement of both expert groups of enterprises, for the month of May 2010 to prepare and submit a draft of production machinery operating on diesel fuel.
