He was born on March 9, 1984. Honig has a communications degree from Worcester State College.
Career
He got the idea for Feed Me Bubbe in 2008 when he needed a job and wanted to create a demo tape for job interviews. His father suggested that he make a video of his grandmother (or "Bubbe" in Yiddish) cooking and she agreed. He posted the amateur video online and emails started flooding in. As Bubbe said, "It caught us by surprise." He quickly saw the marketing possibilities for "Feed Me Bubbe" and started posting her recipes online, recruiting sponsors and developing merchandise.
