The 2010 Pan Pacific Swimming Championships acts as the final selection event for the Australian 2010 Commonwealth Games team. 53 swimmers have been selected to represent Australia at the 2010 Pan Pacs to be held in Irvine, California. The team was selected through the results of the 2010 Australian Swimming Championships and is as follows:

Due to illness, Cate Campbell has withdrawn from the 2010 Pan Pacific Championships. Sally Foster will take her spot and possibly earn a spot on the 2010 Commonwealth Games team.
