Augustine Kizis (Greek: Αυγουστινος Κιζινοπουλος); born 5 June 1971) is a Greek musician.

Early years

Kizis was born and raised in Athens, Greece. He began playing the piano at the age of six, so fascinated with music that he would play familiar, traditional Greek songs even as a youngster. He played them by ear, for he had no formal training in music, or in music theory. In his teenage years, he sat at the keyboard and entertained his friends, and he also took part in playing the piano for school activities. He also record music using an Amiga Commodore. His early music work lost after water damage destroyed digital storage then in use at that time.

Later years

When Kizis moved to the United States in 1996, he had visions of pursuing a musical career, but professionally he began working in the restaurant industry and, later, in the computer industry. His first CD release in 2005 Included two (2) songs from his early lost work, Esthesis and Dreamweaver.

Career

In 2005, Kizis released Esthesis (Εσθησις), an album of live music with an orchestral accompaniment. In 2006 The Album Strange World (Παραξενος Κοσμος) Electronic, Dance and Space, also the same year ELEMENTS (Στοιχεια). In 2011 the Album Moonlight (Σεληνοφος), a mix of Piano Instrumental, Ambient and Classic. In 2014 two Albums: Fantasia [1] (Φαντασια) and the Soundtrack Album Mars (Πλανητης Αρης).

His music is a mixture of Instrumental, Electronic, Ambient, and traditional Greek music, but he often includes classical forms.
