Fukuda Atsushi (福田 淳 Fukuda Atsushi, born July 26, 1965) is a businessman from Osaka, Japan. He is the president of Sony Digital Entertainment Services Inc. Previously, his background was in the television business, but now he is focused on creating digital content such as characters, mobile apps, comics, games and viral movies.
Atsushi was born in Osaka, Japan on July 26, 1965. He graduated from the art department of Nihon University in March 1988. In 1998, after working at Tohokushinsha, a film distribution company, he joined Sony Pictures Entertainment, and launched the "Animax" and "AXN" channels on the Japanese satellite television system "SKY PerfecTV!"
