Ashok alexander on leadership lessons from the field less traveled
Ashok Alexander is a former consultant with McKinsey and set up the India operations of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. He headed up the India country office of the Foundation for 10 years between 2003 and 2012. During this time, the Foundation set up Avahan program, a large HIV/AIDS prevention model. At McKinsey, he was a Director and was part of the team that set up the consulting firm in India.
