Asciodes denticulinea is a moth in the Crambidae family. It was described by Schaus in 1940. It is found in Puerto Rico.

The wingspan is about 25 mm. The forewings are light buff, thinly scaled and with a dark streak below the cell near the base. There is a dark medial line across the cell and a dark shade on the discocellular, as well as a remote postmedial deeply dentate line, with dark points at the angles. There are terminal spots at the tips of the vein. The hindwings have a postmedial dark shade and terminal spots.
