Artur Pawlowski was born on March 28, 1973 in a town called Kożuchów, Poland. Currently he is a street preacher in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. He operates a Christian organization and street outreach called Street Church which ministers to the homeless, and is vocally anti-LGBT rights, anti-abortion, and anti-muslim . He has been involved in politics advocating for the homeless, as well as advocating for the reversal of LGBT rights , and has also spent much time in court due to charges laid against him by the Calgary Police Department.. In 2014 he was fined (along with members of his church) for attempting to hijack the Calgary Stampede parade for his own purposes.

On October 24, 2013 he was covered by the National Post stating that Calgary officials have a vendetta and was said to have pulled out a "thick sheaf of white papers from his briefcase" demonstrating the fact that he has had a lengthy battle for his rights to care for the homeless.

Pawlowski is known to have ties to WCAI (World Coalition Against Islam), Canadian Combat Coalition, Sons of Odin, and III% (an armed "citizens militia" with ties to the American group of the same name, also known as 3 Percenters), all anti-Muslim groups involved in anti-muslim and anti-LGBT protests, many with ties to or members from Albertan Neo-Nazi groups such as Blood & Honor and Alberta's Aryan Guard. Pawlowski has appeared alongside these groups and spoken at protests against Muslims and LGBT people. .

He has been involved in politics advocating for the homeless, as well as advocating for the reversal of LGBT and abortion rights.
