Arthur Chesney (1882 – 27 August 1949) was an English actor.

He was born Arthur William Kellaway in 1882 in Hampstead, London, England, he was the brother of the actor Edmund Gwenn, the cousin of the actor Cecil Kellaway and the father of the activist Ann Dummett.

He died on 27 August 1949 following a massive stroke in Hampstead, London, aged 66.
