Arizona Fur Con is a furry convention held annually in, Arizona.

The convention is a celebration of furry culture. It designed to be a gathering place for members of anthropomorphic communities and costume enthusiasts. The Arizona Fur Con is notable for sheer variety of furry-related events, including masquerade dances, themed cafes, panels and workshops, games, and opportunities to meet special fandom guests.

History

The first Arizona Fur Con convention was held in the year 2013, at the Embassy Suites hotel in Phoenix. The next year, the convention was held at the Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort, also in Phoenix. In 2015, the convention was moved to the Scottsdale Resort at McCormick Ranch, in the city of Scottsdale, adjacent to the Greater Phoenix Area. The convention is scheduled for September 30 through October 2, 2016 at this venue.
